How We Do

Design concepts are developed into production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and print compatibility.

Gravure cylinders are precisely engraved to ensure consistent and reliable print reproduction.

Materials are carefully selected and sourced to meet required performance and quality standards.

Resins are processed into films using controlled extrusion methods to achieve uniform thickness and strength.

Artwork is transferred onto films using standardized printing processes to maintain clarity and consistency.

Printed materials are properly dried and inspected to identify and eliminate any defects.

Film layers are combined to improve structural integrity and functional performance.

Film rolls are accurately slit and cut into specified sizes as per production requirements.

Films are converted into bags through measured cutting and sealing processes.

Products are examined at multiple stages to ensure they meet defined quality benchmarks.

Final products are packed systematically and dispatched in line with delivery schedules.

Our Technology

Gas Chromatography Machine (GC)

The gas chromatograph is used to analyze the chemical composition of polymers, additives and solvents. It ensures that raw materials meet stringent quality standards, detects impurities and verifies compliance with formulation specifications, helping maintain consistent film performance and barrier properties.

Universal Testing Machine (UTM)

The UTM evaluates the mechanical properties of films and laminates, including tensile strength, elongation at break and load bearing capacity. This data is critical for designing films that withstand stress during packaging, processing and transportation, ensuring product reliability.

Coefficient of Friction (CoF) Tester

The CoF Tester measures the slip, slickness and surface friction characteristics of films. These properties directly impact winding, stacking and printing processes, as well as compatibility with automated packaging lines, ensuring smooth handling and operational efficiency.

Moisture Analyzer

The moisture analyzer precisely determines the water content in raw materials, which is essential to prevent defects like bubbles, pinholes or inconsistent film thickness during extrusion. Proper moisture control also enhances film clarity, barrier properties and sealing performance.

Weighing Scale

High precision weighing scales are used for sample preparation, density verification and accurate formulation. Ensuring precise weight measurements helps maintain consistent resin blends, thickness control and uniform film quality across production batches.

Lab Oven

The lab oven is used for conditioning samples and performing heat-aging tests. It simulates high temperature exposure to evaluate thermal stability, dimensional integrity and long term performance of films under operating and storage conditions.

Karl Fischer Titrator

The Karl Fischer Titrator provides highly accurate measurements of trace moisture in polymers. Controlling trace moisture is critical for preventing defects in extrusion, maintaining mechanical strength and achieving uniform barrier properties.

Lab Sealer

The lab sealer is used to create test seals on films, assessing seal strength, integrity and heat sealing performance. This ensures that packaging maintains product protection, leak resistance and reliable performance in real-world conditions.

Spectrophotometer (X-site / Spectro-eye)

The spectrophotometer measures color accuracy, consistency and print readiness of films. It helps maintain brand color standards, visual appeal and print fidelity across large production runs, ensuring premium packaging quality.

Static Charge Meter

The static charge meter measures surface static on films, which can affect handling, printing and processing efficiency. By monitoring static levels, we reduce issues such as dust attraction, film adhesion and production downtime, ensuring smooth operations.

Dart Impact Tester

The dart impact tester evaluates the puncture resistance and impact strength of films. This test simulates real world forces during handling, filling and transportation, helping us produce packaging that is durable, reliable and protective for end products.
